She Leads Justice is fighting for a $600/child, permanent, refundable CT tax credit, a proven anti-poverty measure that puts money directly into families’ hands.
A family with one child would receive $600 a year, equaling $11.53 a week. Your $11.53 monthly contribution will help us win this critical policy in Connecticut.
A family with two children would receive $1200 a year, equaling $23.08 a week. Your $23.08 monthly contribution will double your impact.

Shirley Bysiewicz Legacy Society
Shirley Bysiewicz, tenured Professor and longtime law librarian at the University of Connecticut School of Law, was one of She Leads Justice’s founders and the first President of She Leads Justice. By joining the Legacy Society, bearing her name, friends of She Leads Justice will help ensure that Shirley’s goal of advancing the rights of women will continue into the future.
Membership to the Legacy Society is open to those who have included She Leads Justice in their wills and other estate planning.
